SI SENTRY 3
 EZ DIY  - NO TOOLS

A 24/7 Sentry that can notify you of a water leak, a furnace failure, a sump pump failure, or a freezer failure!

  • Water/temperature sensor
The water sensor/temp sensor is typically placed on the floor near a water heater, toilet, laundry machine, or under a sink. In addition to sensing water it warns of cold temperatures before pipes can freeze. In addition to alerting you on your phone it has a built-in siren.
  • Sump Pump sensor
This is a float sensor. If the level in your sump pit gets too high it will alert you. In addition to alerting you on your phone it has a built-in siren.
  • Freezer/temperature sensor
Place directly in your freezer. Alerts you to a problem if the temperature rises in the freezer - before - your food spoils.

Kit includes three professional grade pre-programmed LoRa long-range sensors, an easy-to-use pre-configured app for your mobile phone, and a hub. If a sensor detects an event you will immediately be alerted on your phone, sent a text, and an email.

With this system you can choose to mix and match among water leak/temperature sensors, a sump pump sensor or a freezer alert sensor.

It's as simple to use as 1-2-3.  Just plug in the hub, place the sensors where you want them, and download the app.

SI Shutoff-9
Pre-progammed DIY Install

Pre-configured and programmed. Professional grade LoRa long-range sensors. Ready for simple DIY installation. No plumbing or electrical required.*  Easy to follow video instructions.

In the event a leak is detected from any sensor, you will immediately receive an alert notifying you of the exact sensor location of the leak. The system will then automatically shut off the water main valve within 30 seconds.

Includes a motorized valve with controller to automatically shut off your water main, a hub, an app for your mobile phone and 9  sensors. Sensors are placed in "soft plumbing" areas where 90% of leaks occur.

This package is suitable for a 2 bathroom house and includes:

  • 3 sensors for your kitchen (sink, refrigerator, dishwasher)
  • 1 sensor for laundry room
  • 1 sensor for water heater
  • 4 sensors for two single sink bathrooms (1 for each sink, 1 for each toilet/bidet)

The controller and sensors use lithium batteries with a life expectancy of up to 10 years.  If water is detected the system will shut off the water valve even if the power is out, even if the internet is out.

You have the option of two different valve types. A valve operator (type I) or a plumbed in ball valve (type II). The type I operator uses your existing valve. You remove your handle and replace it with the valve operator. This requires you to have an existing smooth working ball valve (a 'handle' rather than round knob). Most houses built in the last 30 years have a ball valve. Older homes may have a ball valve if the valve has been replaced at some point). No additional plumbing is required for this type of valve.

The second type is a plumbed in ball valve which can be installed in addition to (and independent of) your current main shutoff valve.
